To sum it up, the 26-year-old interviewee in green went through her lowest point in life, which somehow affected her greatly. She knew the only way out was to have the courage to ADMIT, FACE and ACCEPT it. Taking one baby step at a time and make do with her utmost level best as a celebrity.
In my opinion, this impressive young lady would go very far. To come into realisation at the age of 26, she understood and learnt to manage her expectations on different life episode and circumstance. Such awareness and realisation push one to emerge stronger than ever, undeniably! Reaching next new heights before one would even realise.
Awareness and acceptance give one a unique yet precious opportunity to slow down one’s pace. To smell the roses, make good, mend the cracks, grow one positively each time and learn life… Especially so in relationships and all forms of communication.
STEP 1: Being in awareness
This is like some wake-up call one day. Like an “AHHHHHHH…….” when something happened or you said something that somewhat sounded similar somewhere, out there. This knowing takes time for one to accept it as reality. One can be in this stage for a long time before moving into acceptance
STEP 3: Agree & Accept
1. When we admit & accept the fact, situation etc… we became mellower and slow down our pace unknowingly and unconsciously,
2. The ego within reduces and try to understand every cloud has its silver lining,
3. We tend to manage our expectations efficaciously,
4. In full agreement and acceptance that everyone on mother earth errs. Give ourselves a chance to agree and accept our imperfections then give ourselves a pat on our shoulder that it is fine to make mistakes,
5. Our threshold and tolerance level unknowingly increased.
6. There is no perfect or best choice just ideal choice with our limited wisdom from our perspective at that very point of time too! Hence it is important to keep upgrading ourselves in all ways, the EMPS planes!
Everyone on mother earth goes through something undesirable quietly at some point in our life. No one has the right to laugh or talk behind one’s back. If we cannot give him or her a helping hand, the least you could help is not judge one unless you know the actual sequence of events and cause.
