Check our emotions because this plays a more prominent role than processing our thoughts. Mindfulness of ongoing events and rate them according to their level of positivity or negativity.

Let’s go through a Case Study (CS211101). Identify what and where went wrong:

Weather:
Unusually hot with uncomfortable stale air since morning 7 am

Status:
Moderate schedule. UNRUSHED.
Appointment well-spaced and time is well-managed

Few tasks of the day:
Mind pre-occupied with a few things running concurrently.
Sent messages and emails.

🅾️ Impromptu meeting was established for discussion in an hour amid the uneasiness and rushed email.

🅾️  The venue was decided. However, the party did not read the message and called to suggest somewhere else hence, changed venue.

🅾️  Then, another message came in to go with the first venue again, which didn’t work out due to their operating hours.

🅾️ Mind was changed the 4th time to do somewhere else. A place you won’t imagine yourself landing and changed the carpark GPS twice!

🅾️  In the midst of discussion, friend texted to postpone dinner due to an urgency to attend some health-related matter of her parent.

I wish to use the above example to share with the masses to mirror and reflect SELF for  attracting the above scenarios.

❌  First, I was affected by my helper’s dad passing one day ago. Sadness is one of the negative emotions, and I was not mindful enough to refuel nor make intentional positive energies to bring back its equilibrium.

❌  Not just NOW, but more than 24 hours ago, a NEGATIVE emotional shift was planted, which attracted a string of events.

⏸  Sadness overflowing within the house prior,
⏸  Sweltering weather throughout the day,
⏸  Rushed to do the impromptu meeting which could have said NO,
⏸  The flow of meetings is unpleasant, and the area to meet is far below average,
⏸  Postpone of dinner due to health-related matters of an elderly

2 of 2 Knowing is not good enough! What “corrective measure” was done to make good and resetted to keep negative energies from snowballing?

Reminder:

🎯 WE ARE THE CAUSE to the unpleasant or non-ideal spot in your different sectors of your life. Before we fingerpointing and shift blame, assume FULL responsibilty to check SELF deeper.

🎯 When Energy feels right, it is unrushed and synced to flow.

🎯 When things don’t flow, either time and frequency are not ideal, or the person is not right in that specific time and space. Please do not force it through but enjoy the present, THE NOW.

🎯 Take everything with a pinch of salt regardless of what was discussed. The least we are aware of everything does not seem right for NOW. SKIP! With an open mind, take what is suitable and discard what doesn’t suit.

🎯 Stop overthinking in your world to do big or you are GREAT when you haven’t done your consistent track records that build your confidence for the following milestones.

🎯 Stop bringing up about your glory past when you are fearful of the future and with stagnated growth for the longest time. In self denial yet feeling good.

🎯 Be HONEST and think about what and why you wish to up your “squid game” for SELF before feeling good about helping others.
