How often do we hear someone who deems fit with regular “healthy” exercise and lead healthy lifestyle habits with a yearly perfect within range, full body checkup report yet go through sudden death?

It is sudden because one takes little or no notice of his/ her vehicle(body) reactions as early as 12 – 15 years ago. There have been tale-tell signs and symptoms. However, are we good enough to detect? How often do we start to take notice only when you can see the SWELLING, feel the ACUTE pain? Eg, Do you get to care and pay more attention to your body aches only when you start seeing a physical bump at the back of your spine and movements restriction?

Assuming everything is constant, below are some helpful checks just to mention a few before such undersirable outcomes fall upon us:

1. Hair texture changed. No longer similar.
1i. We find our hairdressers no longer have those skills to cut the flow we adore. Hair dries, break, frizz, slow growth, hair loss or turned white at a young age(some hereditary).
1ii. May I reiterate that:
1iia. Hereditary does not necessarily mean you go through the same in the family tree!! Awareness to consciously spend EXTRA time and effort to make good can change history.
1iib: Moms generally experience hair loss after giving birth but if you have hair loss at tender young as early as the 20s, I suggest you take this small alarm seriously. Time to make extra effort to observe your body inwardly.

 

1 of 5 How often we set aside time to do a checklist, pay attention & listen to the needs of our vehicle(body) carefully?

2. Our face and body start to have more spots, regardless ageing, emotional or sunspots. Face is the easiest telltale sign of our inner organs undergoing changes through our emotional struggles and ageing process
2i. Spots surfaced on different parts of our face
2ii. Pores enlarged and skin sag quicker compared to peers
2iii. Lines deepen and wrinkled more at specific area of our face
2iv. Different color tones on our face

3. Our skin itch at times and frequency increase on specific area and seasonal. 

Case Study: A lady with itch on limbs(tear and sting) and sensitive to chemicals like nail polishes etc. Diagnosed with lymphatic cancer and passed on in less than 12 months. Best excuses and easiest way is to push blame to others than to have the courage to have deeper checks on our SELF, our vehicle (body). If majority has no problem and you have encountered, observe more. We are given a pair of eyes and one mouth universally to observe more and talk less. Do not delay treatment on eczema. Surface and inner wellbeing is equally important.

2 of 5 Inner wellbeing also known as YIN energies is the most important yet difficult to manage. It is more than a detox program. Usually lie dormant but erupt with cruelty when time is ripe.

4. Some parts of our facial features or body are tensed or “pulling” or meridians twitched every now and then.
4i. Some severe ones may seemed stroke lookalike features like mouth pulled aside, even subtly though not noticeable to most or leg/ toes in constant cramp while swimming, in an air conditioned place or cold weather.

5. When one’s dark eye circles/ bags persist regardless his/ her healthy lifestyle, enough sleep or usual eye massages.

Case Study: eyes feel dry, dark eye circles(like a defined eyeshadow & eyeliner) for afew years. Was lucky to have an experienced facial lady to caution about escalated eyes issues. However turned into deaf ears. Floaters came on! Congratulations for ignoring messages

6. Frequent stiff neck and shoulders is common but not normal.

7. Sensitive to dust, sneeze easily or morning sinus. A telltale sign of one’s lungs and immunity not at the most ideal condition. Common does not mean it is normal.

8. Constant, frequent or seasonal headaches and body-aches. Or when exposed to heat.

9. When you have more wrinkles and green veins running at the back of your palm when you do not carry heavy load

10. When one look pale or off colour tone though still have the adequate energies to carry on with daily life routine.

11. When one looks into the mirror at different parts of the day, your colour tone differs.

12. One’s skin turned rougher, dull and drier. How many of us consider ourselves normal skin type? How do you define from a healthy yet consciousness perspective?

13. For ladies, who experienced headaches and stomaches, during pre and post menstrual cycles. Blood clots and darker discharge than bright red blood menses or irregular cycles.

14. Subtle involuntary body movement, slight numbness or limbs “curl”, especially hands.

15. Experience extreme dryness on the heels and cracked line on the tongue.

16. For those digestive systems not in their optimal working condition, do keep a close look out of your vehicle(body). Health-related to blood and degeneration process is seemingly quicker for this group of people. Cultivate and observe your every meal. #chewyourfood more than 20x before swallowing

17. For those who may have a good digestive system and forever find any food palatable yet overweight, do keep a lookout of your heart and lower half of your body.

18. Observe if your breathing has been heavier, louder or shortened.

19. Etc…

4 of 5 Yes, we are what we eat. However, improve our eating habits by chewing every mouthful of food for 20-30 times before swallowing. This especially promotes digestion and aids metabolism as we age. Cells inevitably get the right nourishment.

Health-conscious may not necessarily mean one is healthy. Could it also mean:
1. One knew his/ her own condition and had been trying his/ her best to upkeep?
2. A mindset (set your mind on) to stay hale and hearty when they age?
3. A mindset to age gracefully?
4. A mindset to be abled and not be a burden to society or loved ones around us?
5. A mindset to die in our sleep peacefully when the day eventually arrives with complete and wholesome vehicle(body). No one would wish to go under the knife to remove something in us, seen abnormal or be incomplete if we have the chance to reverse.

I cannot stress enough to keep upgrading and updating like software with an OPEN mind. Accept that nothing in life is definite and take everyone else’s opinion as a pinch of salt. It will come in handy one day!

We are not superman and wonder woman. We cannot know everything on mother earth! That is why we have friends around to complement us.

Messages are all around us. Are we ready to grasp it to be allowed to reverse a situation/ condition? What happens when we are not IN AWARENESS, and in constant self-denial, we are healthy and strong? Self-denial causes one to exert their vehicle(body) and use up the energies in our vital organs, in advance! It’s like a rubber band snapped after long pull! Everything in life has its time and clock. ALL back to YIN & YANG balance.
