How often when a professional or a close acquaintance introduce/ recommend something, we tried following the advice, method and instruction but didn’t quite seem to work or have a visible good effect on us?

For examples:

1. You had a sore throat, and someone recommended gargling with Himalayan salt, especially before sleep. The next morning sore throat persists. Himalayan salt obviously did NOT work for you.

2. You went through a painful period of hair loss and was introduced to a hair tonic which worked successfully for a few but not you. WHY?

3. You experienced sore and red swelling eyes. Seen a doctor, used what was prescribed, but recovery was slower than expected! Feeling frustrated?

4. You often encounter mouth and lips ulcers in some part of the year. Someone recommend mouthwash and brush your teeth more frequently to minimise the growth of germs and bacteria. It didn’t quite work for you too. The condition seemed reduced but persisted.

5. You have morning sinus…

6. Dry eyes & eczema…

7. Overweight and tried losing weight with the help of some professionals… but without sustainability.

8. Underweight…

9. Water retention…

10. Stomach bloatedness…

11. Indigestion and acid reflux…

12. Weak legs cannot stand for long & heels pain…

14. Backache and joint pain…

15. Stubborn cysts & fibroids within yet refuse to go for operation…

16. Some of us heal faster from a cut; some heal slower…

17. Some recovered from sprain ankle after 8-9 months?! That people around him/ her claimed minor crack within… went X-ray, but nothing was wrong!

18. Etc…

Ever wonder why the above suggestions, recommendations, and prescription didn’t work on you? How about we take a step back and MINDFULLY observe SELF before commenting?

Every modality helps. The difference is: did you accept and treasure it wholeheartedly with a humble SELF, or did you try with scepticism?

The mindset must be right FIRST before any modalities of treatment/ therapies can complement one to recover. Old and dirty stagnant energies must be released from our vehicle (body) in time to make space for new positive energies to start flowing…

 

Step A: Learn to have an open mind and take everything like a pinch of salt.

Step B: Each time we consciously take others’ opinion as a pinch of salt, our mental block in a particular part of our vehicle is removed. Cells became active, and blood circulation unknowingly improved.

Step C: Ailment is here to mellow us down. Note our EGO. While cancer is the last lesson on Mother Earth

Step D: Trust the treatment and/ or therapies and observe why it didn’t suit or why it suit. Let your vehicle talk to you. Everyone’s body constitution is different and reacts differently. Listen and observe its repeated pattern how, when, what, where and which part of your vehicle detox?

Step E: If it did not seem to work on you, could our issues be a tad more serious?

Step F: Be observant enough to understand why it did not suit to promote recovery. Your rejuvenation and repair system? Your immunity?

Step G: Check and review then re-assess if you did follow close instructions.

i. How much do you really understand all 30 trillion cells in your vehicle (body)?  If you cannot understand your cells, how would you understand SELF?
 
ii. Would you understand how your vehicle detox?
 
iii. No one can understand your vehicle better than your SELF.
 
iv. How often many of us did not understand how our vehicle detox? Felt alarmed and worried, avoided facing the issue instead of searching deeper to resolve it, returning SELF peace of mind?
 
v. Do we spend time observing, listening and CARE of every signs and symptom, whether big or small, on the vehicle?
 
vi. Do you have a positive and sustainable mindset to begin your wellbeing journey?

Learn where you go wrong, the mistake. Then agree and accept the choice you made in some stage of your life that brought you to nought, complete stagnation, return to starting line and/ or sully your reputation.
