By doing so, we are consciously telling the inner baby (SELF) to mellow.

1. Why does one need to mellow?
2. What has it got to do with my life or mind-body connectedness?
3. How does the body react in tandem with how our mind reacts and function?

When we reset our mind, we give our body a chance to unlearn, relearn and learn to refresh hence RESTART. This helps ego built over the years (whether via prenatal education/ “generation curse” and/ or environment) to lower hence scale down one’s ignorance naturally.  

Each time one mellow, he/ she unconsciously and unknowingly OPENS THE HEART to accept others comments, criticism and/ or advice for betterment. Mental block removed. At this crucial juncture, CELLS are happily active at their optimal and tend to wake the rest of the lazy cells. Hence better blood circulation also means better and sustainable good health! This is something exercises and/ or massages can hardly achieve. That briefly explains why we see people with regular exercise are also be plagued with ailments and/ or diseases. 

Each level of conscious and unconscious acceptance keeps one in humility as he/ she constantly search deeper into the various issues of SELF. Such unconscious UPGRADE affects one on all EMPS planes.

Let’s do a test to see how much you understand your vehicle’s (body) first section. Check, review and look into the mirror for 10mins and truthfully ask your SELF:

4. Does your face shines and glow at most times with closed pores,

5. Did anyone commented that your face looks and feel tugging & taut for your age?

See above image: Those are unhappy, negative deposits inside them long enough to leave traces on their facial! Commonly found in the late 40s now – Aesthetics can only do this much because such constant deposits have unconsciously become daily emotional lifestyle habits!

6. Does it mean you are different if you do not see traces of item 5? Check again! Be humble and appreciative of every other telltale sign & symptom to reverse in time before diseases form.

7. Your eye bags, eye circles, and crow’s feet? Observe your peers or anyone older without or with minimum issues? 

8. Is your nose bridge straight, slanted, eagled beak at the tip of your nose, fleshy or flatter? 

2 of 3  If you have a mindset that common is normal and elderly with pink health is by accident, then that is what leads you to where you are when you grow old DEPENDENTLY! Simply because your mind sent signals and block your body & cells from being ACTIVE!

9. Your forehead? Did you notice spots, lines, uneven smoothness, breakouts, open pores etc.?

10. Your lips? Do you notice darker lips compared to earlier days?
 
11. Did you observe the number of new ageing or sunspots that have surfaced and on which part of your face or body?
 
12. Did you have ear block on some random days when you are not even swimming, getting out of the pool?
 
13. Did you cough for more than 3 months or noticed some difficulty coughing out the phlegm? What does it mean when your mucus or phlegm is thick, sticky, light, flowy, white, yellow, bubbled, greenish-yellow? Did you bother to understand your excretion/ detox process?
 
14. Do you have morning sinus, nose block or runny nose?

A. Are you sure you are 100% happy and not affected by people (whether family or at work) and happenings around you.

B. Do you have the mindset that you need to prepare for a wheelchair, nursing home and/ or daunted by various diseases  when you grow old hence keeping in check of insurance coverage on critical illness

C. Do you have in mind that High cholesterol, High blood pressure, and diabetes issues are common, and this is the way of life since everyone has it as they age?

D. How much do you really understand your 30 trillion cells in your body that you think simple ache is normal?

E. Can you guarantee yourself that daily exercise assures pinky health?

F. How do you assure that their daily exercises do not make you fall sick?

G. Do you understand your body so well that you are sure your blood circulation is at its optimal from head to toe?

H. Are you one of those who think that common is normal? That is why when plague with ailments or health matters and nonchalant about it for the longest time?
