Diseases and illnesses are common, but that is NOT normal.

As a general rule, most of us tend to have the same HABITS resulting in the same issues (whether hereditary) we have in common.

Habits are largely shaped by our personality, for example, our parents’ influence and our level of open-mindedness.

We are likely to take the opinions of others with a grain of salt when we are open-minded. When we are constantly seeking ways to improve our vehicle (body), we will listen, digest, make a change, take action and observe how it affects the body.

All of us follow common habits and do what we FEEL good, despite its detrimental effects on our vehicles:

1. Pure laziness because everyone prefers and seek a quick fix to see instant results;

However, everything on mother earth has its time and clock. It takes absolute effort and time.

2. Impatient and prefers total convenience to have everything 3 in 1, best with one touch, one go;

However, sustainable goodness and positive results come with absolute consistent and persistent effort.

3. The environment, culture, and the different emotions experienced in relationships at various stages of our lives play an important role.;

How often we rely on something to divert attention? Avoiding the harsh reality and truth, and allow dark emotions sunk deeper within?

4. We do not drink enough PLAIN WARM WATER to keep ourselves hydrated and create an ideal environment for cells to work in unison ;

5. The only time we drink is when we are thirsty.

During this period, 70-75% of the reserves will be depleted, causing the other cells to dehydrate since priority must be given to the more urgent ones. The organs interrelate, and one can affect the next, causing less optimal performance.

6. We drink what we like at most times according to how the external factors affect us. E.g. we drink a lot more ice bubble tea, ice lemon tea, ice lime juice, ice fruit juices on typically all summer weather

Cold drinks can stress and shock our system. It requires to work harder to bring the temperature back to 36.1 – 37.1 degree celsius. This puts strains on our internal organs, working doubly and/ or tripling hard to bring back the YIN YANG balance within. Just be mindful… Everything is done with moderation in life, though easier said than done. We try… hard does not mean it is IMPOSSIBLE.

7. We wear what cool us in all summer weather. Seemingly seen with shorts, sleeveless tops etc… and flaunt our sexy belly button, legs or shoulders.

Especially so if we live in an environment where wind and dampness are prevalent, it enter the body through joints, especially ankles, knee caps, elbows, shoulders and necks. The absence of timely release will result in undesirable illnesses affecting different parts of the body.

8. Night is forever young for many of us like nocturnal

Ever dawn on you that our internal organs work 24/7, 11 non-stop. It’s vital to rest before 11 pm to keep our bodies hydrated and repair well.

9. Supper is awesome with great company.

Once in a blue moon is fine. Our systems can be overworked by late-night food consumption. Our bodies contain everything we need to last until the very last breath of our existence. Don’t stretch it like an elastic band. A conscious effort should be made to close the age gap between chronological and biological age.

10. Etc…

The following True Life Accounts illustrate how you can use STRONG MIND POWER but incorrectly:

They seemingly misused their mind power and have been lonely in their life. All their lives, others’ goodwill views, suggestions, and recommendations will never exceed their own discoveries. Rarely do they form close bonds with anyone who can connect with them on a heartfelt level?

A. They are self-opinionated and ONLY require a LISTENING EAR. Their own ideas and conclusions have already been formed. They do not need any suggestions or recommendations.

B. If they adopt your suggestions or recommendations, something will go wrong because they have strong minds to reject and prove that what they have tried is ineffective and incorrect. For instance, you recommend a doctor, but when their belief system (strong mind power) about that doctor does not work, it naturally reveals symptoms and signs supporting their belief.

C. Shared ideas, suggestions, or recommendations are often thwarted due to their shortsighted perspective. Their blind spots led them to believe they know everything and that their knowledge will last a lifetime.

D. They have extreme mind power but used incorrectly. There are many more acquaintances than friends on their list, and they appear to be more negative.

E. The result unfolded that they were right but not sustainable because their strong minds blinded them to see things deeper.

F. Since their mind power is so strong, they unconsciously think they are right and good all the time. In fact, it is a world that’s all about them, SELF-centered and SELF-focused. 

G. While they rarely listen, digest and try out with an OPEN MIND, they reject others’ goodwill immediately. Their assumptions are based on their own perspective and what has worked for them previously. They would naturally prove right with their strong minds that they should always live according to their own values…

 

There is a YIN & YANG to everything. When misused, despite its positive attributes, it produces nothing but “side effects” in our lives.

Strong MIND power supported by confidence yields positivity with sustainability.

Strong MIND power supported by EGO yields negativity without sustainability. Notice they have a lot of acquaintances, rarely heart to heartfelt friends because people SHUN them!

Use it wisely!

 

 

Reminder:
i.  Our vehicle (body) is influenced by the state of openness in mind.
 
ii. Ignorance causes the disease to manifest.
 
iii. It does not mean one is free from disease when one adopts the right lifestyle. It simply means he or she has lesser complicated issues than those exposed to unhealthy habits and lifestyle.
 
iv. Let emotions flow freely. Do not allow it to sink deeper and avoid it via various means to cover it up. The deeper it sunk, the harder it’s hard to remove. Diseases are formed when negative emotions are not released in time.
 
v. In summary and truth, when you are happy, you are more prone to accept and take others’ opinions as a pinch of salt because you are less SELF-defensive – seemingly happier path or life than the majority.
