Every modality helps. The difference is: did you accept and treasure it wholeheartedly with a humble SELF, or did you try with scepticism?
 
 
 
The mindset must be right FIRST before any modalities of treatment/ therapies can complement one to recover. Old and dirty stagnant energies must be released from our vehicle (body) in time to make space for new positive energies to start flowing…
 
 
 
Learn where you go wrong, the mistake. Then agree and accept the choice you made in some stage of your life that brought you to nought, complete stagnation, return to starting line and/ or sully your reputation. By accepting it, you forgive SELF for making a silly mistake. The awareness to FORGIVE SELF allow energies to reset!
