1 of 2 The amount of money you make is correlated with your level of consciousness.

Stack of US100 notes

On the contrary, you may be lagging behind in search for sustainability. The need to reflect and check again if you are facing the below. :

❌ You work because of responsibility but do not enjoy the co-working relationship,

❌ You find co-workers unable to keep up with your productivity since you assume you are more hardworking, productive and cream of the crop.

❌You feel like looking for a new job/ environment again in a short time because you can’t gel or manage what you have been going through.

❌ You prefer and able to deal with everything at your fingertips yourself rather than rely on someone you deem redundant or not productive. Not at all a team player.

❌ Realised yourSELF feeling stuck and unhappy. There is NO respect and support from some co-workers and employees alike to close up gaps. Constant hicupps at work.

❌ Income stagnation or take a great deal of effort for meagre increment. Always seem like your income does not tally with your massive outgoing efforts/ actions.

❌ There is no alternative but to keep a watchful eye out for new employment opportunities out there that suit SELF.

2 of 2 In light of our tendency to criticise and comment on others, it would be a good idea to consider why you are attracted to such undesirable jobs, colleagues, events, etc. Since we are who we attract.

2 True LIfe Case Studies

Reminder:

1. The outside world tells a million stories of the inner baby (SELF).

2. While you dislike working with some co-colleagues, please note that they feel the same way about you too. We reap what we sow almost instantly. Be mindful; how we wish to be treated, we do the same to others with a HAPPY heart.

3. Stop assuming that being MR NICE and MS NICE to try to accommodate and cater needs to others would make you wonder. Avoid trying hard to gain brownie points for yourself by impressing others before understanding your strength and weakness. Map out what you can do and what you can’t!

4i. Recognise the liability that has been causing stress and unhappiness to SELF and those around you.

4ii. Agree with your fault, weakness and “SHIT” you have created for SELF and others around you

4iii. Accept the “SHIT” you have created for SELF and start making changes

In constant awareness of SELF goodness that gel with everyone around you. The weakness and shit that has caused an unpleasant outcome for everyone.

Awareness requires three steps that come hand in hand (4i -4iii) RECOGNISE, AGREE & ACCEPTANCE OF SELF SHORTCOMING or anything that needs room for improvement.

Every individual is defined by his or her belief system and mindset. Our EGO governs our beliefs. Constantly assess, reevaluate and review your belief system!

Hence, be watchful if it’s EGO or CONFIDENCE.
