EGO vs Confidence

Someone sent in a query some weeks ago: What is the difference between EGO and CONFIDENCE? Day 4 of CNY, let’s focus on Family Bonding and Harmonious Togetherness… 
 
Did you not remember to lock your tyrannical and domineering traits back in the office but bring them home,
 
A. To realise nobody is keen to communicate with you,
 
B. Feel insecure deep within when there are no docile lambs to control and let you have your way, your say,
 
C. Constantly seeking recognition and try to dominate others with your “what is right – proficiency” because of your seniority/ ranking/ high level of education etc.
 
Over CONFIDENT would mean EGO in action inducing and creating negative vibes for themselves and their people. They have consciously and unconsciously made themselves a LONER and LOATHSOME. YIN YANG imbalance causes:
 

1. Total disharmony, unnecessary stress and strain on family ties,
2.  All forms of stoppage in career and/or relationship,
3. Communication breakdown because the majority avoided you,
4. Signs and symptoms of insecurity or dissatisfaction at work and/or with SELF. However, not aware of their own lack and keep expecting the same from others,
5. When enough is enough, and everything snaps with zero support from one another!
6. They seemingly do not have a choice but try to identify the RIGHT docile lambs around them to control, listen and agree with what they say. You noticed they prefer to communicate and mix with people whom they can have a bigger say!

This group of people seemingly cannot sync and refuse to catch up with the digital world. The only relationship they probably fair better is work or maybe with themselves; however, without sustainability, as times advance. Too self-opinionated and enjoy being in their own comfort zone and perspectives – swimming in their own world blindly and aimlessly without LOVE, JOY & CARE because they do not know how to respect them SELVES let alone others.

Back home, it’s not about leading anymore. It’s about creating a conducive and loving ambience to exchange and share views like how we have high-tea and meals with friends, to chat until the cow comes home! Truth be told, this might be the group of people who seemingly do not have the luxury to do so since they have no buddies! Respect was probably given because of seniority and NOT earn via a pleasant personality at work to even begin with…
 
How often one experiences there is no ground to share and exchange views or someone insists his/ her point of views just because he/ she just wants to win and have a say in everything/ something; We hear either party say “In this house, I have the biggest say. You follow!”, “When I deem fit, I will do it this way. No more question asked!” Or some of you sneered at something iand in your heart goes “Serve you right. You deserve it all for not listening to me right from the start!”
 
Sad to say, the more one wins, the more one moves into desolation.
 

Unfortunately, due to the erratic energies, a lot more are going through the same. Everything in life has its time and clock. When one stretches it, the only way out of reality and truth is family disorientation, and internal separation for distance makes love fonder!

2 of 3 Ego is also about self-importance and pride. Always in contention with SELF & expects the very same from others.

With CONFIDENCE, one:
1. Feel inspired and energised,
2. Have the flexibility in almost everything and willing to take to others’ opinion as a pinch of salt,
3. Bonds people together with joy and absolute positivity inside out,
4. Amazing exchanges and time is never enough,
5. Naturally be the life of the party,
6. Experience positive growth and/ or monetary gains in momentum with SUSTAINABILITY,
7. Gain mindfulness of his/ her position/ role to mellow at the right timing with adequate EQ to deepen a relationship.
  
 
3 of 3 CONFIDENCE attracts unity, abundance, we-importance and gratefulness with sustainability!

However, the most challenging lessons on mother earth aren’t our friends or colleagues but NEXT OF KIN!!! The only temporary way of life to make one another happier is DISTANCE…
 
Reminder: How we do one thing is how we do everything. Do not attempt to stretch it like a elastic band – when it snaps, its gone forever because the band will never the same again!
